📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and attention to detail.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.,Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies as needed.,Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.,Assist in training new baristas and ensuring consistent quality in coffee preparation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Attention to detail and a passion for coffee and its preparation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends in the coffee industry.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in coffee preparation a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
