📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive digital transformation in mining operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP and Microsoft Power BI for enhanced data analytics and reporting.
• Develop and execute plans to improve operational efficiency and sustainability in mining processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transformation projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align transformation efforts with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects in the mining industry.
• Certification in SAP or relevant enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in the mining sector.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
