As an Enrolled Nurse at Novena Heart Centre in Denpasar, you’ll be at the forefront of cardiac care, working closely with our team of cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and other specialists. Your daily tasks will include administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, assisting with procedures, and providing compassionate care to our patients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with the preparation and administration of medications, including IV therapy
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Adhere to all clinical guidelines and hospital policies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Enrolled Nurse certification or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a cardiac care setting or related field
- Strong knowledge of cardiac care principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care
