Admin HSE (Data Center Tier 3 Project)

PT Winner Power Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin HSE professional to support our dynamic team for the upcoming Data Center Tier 3 Project in Cikarang, West Java. As a Tier 3 data center is a critical infrastructure asset, maintaining the highest level of security and reliability is paramount. Our Admin HSE will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all HSE-related activities, including safety inspections, incident reporting, and compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that our operations remain compliant with international standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all HSE-related activities for the Data Center Tier 3 Project.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Ensure that all environmental compliance requirements are met.
• Provide training and support to employees on safety and environmental compliance issues.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the data center or industrial sector.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or OSHA, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local and international safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to travel as required.
