Daily, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotels, including managing staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and finance.
• Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and industry standards.
• Manage the hotel's budget and financial performance, working closely with the finance team.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of services and supplies.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the hotel, making data-driven decisions to improve operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing a team of managers and supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and finance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Hotel Management or a related field is a plus.
