• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet efficiency, cost, and service quality.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall supply chain management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet optimization and maritime logistics.
• Provide training and guidance to the fleet operations team on data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
