📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards
• Review and approve drawings for accuracy and compliance with industry regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve drawing quality
• Maintain and organize project files and drawings in a structured manner
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter or similar role
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and standards
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction practices and regulations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
