📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise the Land Acquisition team, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee land surveys using advanced surveying tools and software.
• Conduct field inspections and verify survey data for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure survey data supports project objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and maps to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in land surveying.
• Mentor and train junior surveyors and team members on surveying techniques and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Land Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, SurvCE, Total Station, and other relevant surveying software.
• Certification in land surveying (e.g., Certified Surveyor, Professional Land Surveyor) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
