📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll calculations accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with local and national payroll regulations
• Maintain and update employee records in PayrollPro
• Handle payment processing and disbursement
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management
• Assist in resolving payroll-related queries and issues
• Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing
• Proficient in using PayrollPro and other payroll software
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Excel and other office software
