📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit client locations to assess their financial needs and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize financial agreements with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize the Indodana App to manage client interactions, track progress, and provide real-time support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and financial regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure the continued success of their financial journeys.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new financial products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial products and services, including credit, loans, and insurance.
• Proficiency in using the Indodana App and other relevant software tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations, including rural areas.
