📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our collections systems, dialers, and CRM platforms, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across our collections systems.
• Develop and implement data quality rules and processes to maintain high standards of data integrity.
• Support the collections team with data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data across our collections systems.
• Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce processing times.
• Provide training and support to collections team members on data management best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data operations, data management, or a related role.
• Proficient in SQL and database management tools such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and validation tools such as Talend, Informatica, or similar.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
