📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end freight forwarding processes, including booking, documentation, and tracking.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo movements.
- Monitor and optimize shipping schedules to meet customer deadlines and reduce costs.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or related logistics roles.
- Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
