📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages are competitive.
• Work with HR and leadership teams to align compensation strategies with our organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain compensation structures, including base salaries, bonuses, and incentives.
• Create and manage benefits packages that support employee well-being and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide training and support to managers on compensation and benefits programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
