📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content, including user guides, API references, and release notes,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure they meet quality standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed,Contribute to the development of technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience working with Agile development methodologies,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
