📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job analysis, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
