🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects.,Strong understanding of digital transformation and agile methodologies, with experience in leading agile teams.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of banking and financial services industry is a plus.,Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
