Prime Direct Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Outlet Staff to join our team. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being part of our growing team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of products for sale, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service.,Promote our products and services to customers, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Assist in the organization and execution of store events, promotions, and sales campaigns.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work collaboratively with the store manager and team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, English is a plus.
