In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any issues that may arise during the checkout process.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
