We are looking for a Procurement Staff who can work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
• Developing and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and controlling procurement spend.
• Preparing and analyzing procurement reports.
• Managing procurement contracts and agreements.
• Providing procurement support to other departments as required.
• Participating in procurement strategy and planning activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
