Indonesia Snack is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
