📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage services.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all local regulations.,Manage and develop the restaurant staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean and welcoming environment for customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure the restaurant aligns with company goals and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of marketing and customer service strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and health and safety standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
