📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics processes.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators to ensure high performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
