📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective promotion of products and services.,Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and software.,Provide support to the marketing team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.,Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions.,Maintain and update the company's marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.,Minimum of 1 year of relevant marketing experience or internship.,Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other marketing software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
