Agung Krisna Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, along with strong leadership skills. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible work environment that combines the best of both office and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage inventory and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor financial performance and report to management.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food trends is a plus.
