As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Support the management team in strategic HR planning

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
