As a Financial Reporting Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards. You will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Head Office and branches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards.
• Collaborate with the audit team to ensure the accuracy of financial records and support audit processes.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations, providing training and guidance to the team as needed.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the financial planning process.
• Ensure the integrity and security of financial data, adhering to internal controls and data protection policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
