📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring food safety and quality standards.,Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.,Monitor food and beverage sales, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Manage and maintain the restaurant's reputation by addressing customer complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items and special promotions.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is essential.
