As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests are well taken care of. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet events, including decorating, arranging tables, and setting up equipment.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the event and the venue.,Coordinate with the event planner and other staff to ensure smooth execution of the banquet.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area throughout the event.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of the banquet area after the event.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests they may have.,Work as part of a team to ensure that the banquet event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of the clients and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning and management principles.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and tasks.
