📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations to ensure smooth daily activities,Oversee inventory management and restocking to maintain optimal levels,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve targets,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies,Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of retail software and systems,Understanding of sales and marketing principles,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and customer preferences
