📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
  • Oversee daily store activities and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor store staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage budget and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
