📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of GE Vernova's power plants in the APAC region, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of Operations & Maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with GE Vernova's goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance data using tools such as SAP and Power BI, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Represent GE Vernova at industry events and conferences, building our brand and thought leadership in the power and energy sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations and maintenance for power plants, with a focus on the APAC region.
• Proven track record of leading and managing operations teams, with a strong understanding of operational best practices and standards.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Power BI for monitoring and analyzing plant performance data.
• Certifications in operational excellence, such as Lean Six Sigma or ISO 55001, are a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
