📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards.,Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and improving operational processes.,Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
