📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions and processes, ensuring compliance with local and national labor laws.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support in all aspects of HR operations.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, ensuring fair and competitive packages.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, implementing relevant initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
