📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report sales performance and financial metrics.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food preparation techniques.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Valid food safety and hygiene certificate is a plus.
