Depot Gita Cafe & Coffee is looking for a talented Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Junior Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job descriptions and postings on company websites and job boards.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and filing.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
