📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.,Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.,Prepare sales presentations and proposals to pitch to potential clients.,Follow up with leads and prospects to build relationships and close sales.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.,Provide excellent customer service to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in a B2B environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (office and remote).
