📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and execute safe and efficient vessel operations, including navigation, cargo handling, and port operations.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.,Monitor vessel performance and maintenance, ensuring all systems are in optimal condition.,Coordinate with port authorities, cargo handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including logs, reports, and maintenance schedules.,Provide training and supervision to the vessel's crew, ensuring they are well-prepared and competent.,Handle emergencies and incidents, implementing appropriate procedures to ensure the safety of the crew and vessel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Marine License (MARL) and other relevant certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and company policies.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
