📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell premium beauty products to customers in luxury retail stores and at roadshows
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist in setting up and managing beauty displays and samples in retail stores
• Participate in high-profile beauty events and roadshows to showcase our luxury brands
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure that our beauty products are displayed and marketed effectively
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the retail manager
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide accurate information to customers
• Build strong relationships with customers and other beauty professionals to drive brand loyalty and sales

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty sales, retail, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, brands, and trends
• Familiarity with retail management software such as RetailPro or LightSpeed
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
