📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily café operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Oversee the performance of café staff, providing training and feedback as needed.,Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales and revenue, and work towards meeting or exceeding targets.,Assist in the development and implementation of café policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the café meets all health and safety regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or café management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic bookkeeping.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customer service standards.,Basic understanding of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
